Pages 11 thu 18 of the book contain a biography of the artist and her work and includes a number of black and white photos of the artist, her family and home in Tokyo.

Pages 31 thru 71 contain colour images of her woodcuts along with a few etchings and watercolours. Also included are a few examples of black and white images of drawings which were the preparatory work for subsequent woodcuts.

Pages 73 thru 104 contain black and white images of her work in woodcuts, etchings (soft-ground, aquatint, dry point) and lithographs.

There are two chronologies in the book, at the front is the artists life and at the rear a catalogue of all known prints by Helen Hyde.
